Our client is a 400 bed non-profit hospital in Atlanta that is recognized as one of the top specialty-referral hospitals in the Southeast. They are part of one of the leading academic medical systems in GA, looking for a Manager of Perioperative Services to join their rock star team and hospital.

This incredible hospital is looking for a great Operating Room Manager with experience at a large hospital to join their amazing Perioperative Team!

The Perioperative Services Manager works under the supervision of the service line Administrative Director. The Operating Room Manager has 24-hour accountability for patient care provided on the nursing unit and unit operations. The Perioperative Manager maintains current clinical skills and is competent to support the delivery of care. This position is accountable for staffing, scheduling, managing unit operations, fiscal management and human resource management. The Surgical Services Manager will provide input into strategic planning and budget development. The OR Manager is responsible for customer service excellence. The Manager Surgical Services is responsible for patient outcomes based on best practices and research for patient's age neonate through geriatric that is appropriate for their developmental stage.

Requirements:

• BSN Required
• Current RN License in the state of GA
• Certifications AHA, BCLS, CPR
• 3+ years in Surgical Leadership in a large hospital
