Our client is one of the largest and most successful systems in the Carolinas, they are searching for a rock star Surgical Services Manager to join their amazing team at their 450+ bed hospital.

The Surgical Services Manager works under the supervision of the service line Administrative Director. The Operating Room Manager has 24-hour accountability for patient care provided on the nursing unit and unit operations. The Perioperative Manager maintains current clinical skills and is competent to support the delivery of care. This position is accountable for staffing, scheduling, managing unit operations, fiscal management and human resource management. The Perioperative Services Manager will provide input into strategic planning and budget development. The OR Manager is responsible for customer service excellence. The Manager Surgical Services is responsible for patient outcomes based on best practices and research for patient's age neonate through geriatric that is appropriate for their developmental stage.

Requirements:

·        Masters Required

·        BSN Required

·        Current RN License in the state of NC

·        Certifications – AHA, BCLS, CPR

·        3+ years in Surgical Leadership in a large hospital
