Nealy Pierce has been engaged by a Magnet-designated nonprofit health system in the Coastal Southeast to recruit an experienced Nurse Manager OB / Maternity to oversee a high-volume Birth Center that delivers over 2,700 babies annually.

Leadership Scope:

• The Manager will lead a 13 bed Labor & Delivery Department, and have oversight over the OB Emergency Department, dedicated OB OR's and post-operative recovery

• Well supported by a team of experienced Charge RNs and Educators, and a collaborative Women’s Services Director

• Stable executive team committed to quality, safety, and employee engagement

Comp & support

• Base salary up to $164,000 (dependent upon experience)+ full benefits

• Relocation assistance available

Requirements

• BSN required (Master’s preferred)

• 3+ years L&D clinical experience

• 2+ years progressive leadership experience
