A respected nonprofit, Magnet-designated health system in the Coastal Southeast US Region is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager, OB / Maternity to lead a high-volume Birth Center delivering 3,000+ babies annually.

Highlights:

• Up to $164,000 base salary (dependent on experience) + full benefits + relocation assistance

• Leads a high-volume L&D program with a dedicated OBED, two OB ORs, and post-operative recovery

• Strong physician partnership and experienced Charge RN and Educator support

Requirements:

• BSN required (Master’s preferred)

• 3+ years L&D clinical experience (preferably in Magnet / Baby Friendly designated departments)

• 2+ years progressive nursing leadership experience (must have direct experience managing a team at a Supervisor / Manager level)
