A 250+ bed community hospital in this region is seeking a Women’s Services Manager to lead a team that delivered 1,200+ babies last year. You’ll oversee 40+ dedicated FTEs across Labor & Delivery, postpartum, triage, and a Level II Special Care Nursery, helping the unit transition to Couplet Care by the end of the year.

What you bring:

• Active RN license in Alabama (or eligibility)

• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certification; BLS, ACLS & NRP
