We’re partnering with a respected, nonprofit health system to identify an Nurse Manager ICU to lead an 18+ bed unit serving a diverse, high-acuity, and underserved patient population.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day ICU operations
- Drive quality outcomes, patient safety, and staff engagement
- Develop and mentor nursing staff
- Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership
Qualifications
- Active RN license (or eligible)
- BSN required (Master's preferred)
- Clinical ICU nursing experience required
- Current and/or prior critical care leadership experience (Supervisor, Clinical Coordinator or Manager)
