We’re partnering with a respected, nonprofit health system to identify an Nurse Manager ICU to lead an 18+ bed unit serving a diverse, high-acuity, and underserved patient population.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day ICU operations
  • Drive quality outcomes, patient safety, and staff engagement
  • Develop and mentor nursing staff
  • Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership

Qualifications

  • Active RN license (or eligible)
  • BSN required (Master's preferred)
  • Clinical ICU nursing experience required
  • Current and/or prior critical care leadership experience (Supervisor, Clinical Coordinator or Manager)
