We’re hiring a Nurse Manager to oversee a high-performing Emergency Department in a Magnet-designated hospital that has sustained <1% LWOBS, redesigned ED workflows, and built a culture of excellence and accountability.

Highlights and Benefits:

  • Up to $155,000 annual base salary (based on experience)

  • $10,000 relocation bonus

  • Annual performance bonus

What You’ll Lead:

  • Team of 105+ FTEs including Assistant Managers, Charge RNs, and support staff

  • High-volume ED with 200+ visits per day

  • A motivated nursing team with strong structures in place and room to grow

Qualifications:

  • BSN required; Master’s preferred

  • Minimum 5 years of RN experience in acute care hospital

  • At least 2 years of ED leadership experience

  • Active RN license or compact eligibility

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (with flexibility)

  • No admin on-call; shared weekend coverage
