Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehab Hospital
Full-Time, Salaried Position (40 hours/week)
Join our dedicated team at an Inpatient Rehab Hospital, where you’ll make a meaningful impact by treating a diverse patient population, including:
- Neurological cases (Stroke, TBI, Spinal Cord Injuries)
- Orthopedics (fractures, joint replacements, amputees)
- Multi-Trauma cases
Position Highlights:
- Patient-Centered Care: Work with 4-6 patients per day, allowing for quality one-on-one time.
- Comprehensive Support: Receive mentorship and training from our Lead Physical Therapist—ideal for new graduates and experienced clinicians alike.
- Efficient Workflow: Enjoy a designated hour each day for documentation.
Compensation & Benefits:

Position Overview:

In this role, you will work with patients during some of the most critical moments of their lives. You’ll have the unique opportunity to meet them at their point of need, guide them through recovery, and witness their incredible progress as they regain independence and return to their lives.
As an integral part of our team, you’ll work with diverse patient populations, including Orthopedic, Neurological, and Multi-Trauma cases. With a manageable caseload of 4-6 patients per day, you'll have the time to deliver personalized, compassionate care that drives real results.

Qualifications
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Arizona license or ability to obtain
- Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
- Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Collaborative, team building personality style
- Servant leader mindset
- Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred
- H1B Visa Sponsorship Not Available
