Inpatient Rehab PT Neuro Focus West Palm Beach FL Nonprofit Hospital System
Nealy Pierce is partnering with a nonprofit hospital system in the West Palm Beach, FL area to hire a full-time Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist (PT). This is a permanent, W-2 hospital-based role with a complex neurological caseload, advanced rehab technology, and a mentorship-driven clinical culture. New graduate physical therapists with an IPR rotation are welcomed alongside experienced IPR clinicians.
What Sets This IPR Opportunity Apart:
- Heavy neurological caseload — stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injury (SCI), amputee rehabilitation, and multi-trauma recovery
- PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) through nonprofit hospital employer
- Sustainable patient load: 4 to 6 patients per day with 60 to 90 minute treatment sessions
- Approximately 6 contact hours per 8-hour shift, one of the most manageable productivity expectations in inpatient rehab
- Access to advanced rehabilitation technology and specialized neurological equipment
- Private patient rooms in a recently updated clinical environment
- Interdisciplinary team of experienced PTs, OTs, and SLPs
- Strong mentorship structure led by senior IPR therapists
Schedule:
- Flexible morning start times (8 AM – 9 AM)
- Permanent full-time hospital role
Compensation & Benefits:
- Substantial sign-on bonus structured over a multi-year commitment
- Sign-on bonus can be applied directly to student loan servicer
- Relocation assistance available (receipt-based)
- PSLF eligible through nonprofit hospital system
- Annual merit increases (up to 3%) plus Merit Plus performance bonus

- Weekend hour differential available
- CEU support on a case-by-case basis, with emphasis on marketable certifications

Ideal Background:
- DPT or MPT from an accredited physical therapy program
- Active or pending applicable state PT license
- Acute care PTs with a relevant inpatient rotation will also be considered
- Detail-oriented with a big-picture patient care perspective
- Strong communicator with clinical staff, patients, and families
- Collaborative, team-first, servant-leader mindset
