Network Cable and Telephony Technician - $xx.xx/hour

The Network Cable and Telephony Technician is responsible for supporting telephony data collection and validation (reviewing/correcting billing statements, calling numbers, interacting with end users and supervisors), IDF/MDF data closets cable management (organization patch cable connection, tracing, labeling), hardware installation and removal to/from data closets, processing customer work requests for move/add/change and break/fix and other duties as assigned. Network Cable and Telephony Technician will need to drive personal vehicle to be able to perform services at office located throughout Maricopa, Pinal and Pima counties (Phoenix Metro, Casa Grande, Coolidge and Tucson Metro) as needed.
Qualifications
- Two years experience with physical Network cabling (patching, cable management).
- Two years experience with Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Two year experience with customer service - interacting with diverse goups/individuals in a service provider position.
Customer service skills - in person, verbal and written. - Ability use Microsoft/Google word and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb ladders (step, six foot and eight foot)
- Ability to use physical and soft phones.
- Drivers License
- High school diploma or equivalent
