We are seeking a Network Administrator with strong networking experience and a focus on Enterprise Wi-Fi systems to help standardize, secure, and scale our network deployments.
Job Duties:
- Configure, manage, and maintain Enterprise networks including Cambium Networks & UniFi networks, including switches, gateways, wireless access points, and controllers across internal sites and customer environments.
- Administer and monitor firewalls, VPNs, and network security solutions.
- Design, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise Wi-Fi environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Maintain and support IP security camera systems integrated with UniFi Protect and related platforms.
- Perform network monitoring, performance tuning, and incident resolution.
- Assist with network design and implementation for new projects and customer rollouts.
- Document network configurations, policies, and procedures for consistency and compliance.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of professional IT/network administration experience (not an entry-level role).
- Strong foundation in networking fundamentals (switching, routing, VLANs, NAT, QoS, DNS, DHCP).
- Hands-on experience with firewall administration (Cambium, UniFi, Fortinet, SonicWall, or similar).
- Proficiency with enterprise Wi-Fi deployments (site surveys, channel planning, troubleshooting).
- Experience with security camera systems (UniFi Protect preferred, others a plus).
- Prior UniFi experience (deployment, optimization, troubleshooting) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, MSP-style environment supporting multiple sites/customers.

Work Environment/Hazards:
- Working conditions primarily inside an office environment

Physical Demands:
- Able to frequently move, transport, positions objects of 50 pounds or more
- Stationary position for 8-10 hours a day
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
- Visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment.
- To perform this job successfully, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position. Daily movements include sitting, standing, operating computers and other office equipment and moving about the office. The employee must be able to communicate via email and verbally via telephone

- 100% in office and onsite
Travel Requirements:
- Able to travel 0-25% of the time
