Deliverables
1. Design, Configure, develop and optimise Vb.net based workflows for the Infor Public Sector application object model
2. Create new or update existing .net web applications that integrate with Infor Public Sector applications using SOAP or REST protocols
3. Review and convert existing Oracle 19c packages to Vb.net workflows or REST based solutions

Key Skills:
Must have 5+ years experience with:
1. .NET Framework, Net core
2. Server-side development using C#, Vb.Net, ASP.NET MVC
3. Consume and build RESTful APIs
4. Front-end development using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Responsive Design
5. SQL Server/Oracle Database: Script, T-SQL, PL/SQL, procedures, functions
6. Git and knowledge of source control strategies
7. Knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, AD experience, use LDAP to query the AD information and integrate to other system

Beneficial
1. Infor Public Sector experience is an added asset
2. Experience with a municipal Service Request, Work Order, Inspection, Permit and Asset Management system
3. Safe Software FME experience
