NEONATOLOGY - TUCSON, AZ

THE OPPORTUNITY
Join a 486-bed regional medical center with a Level II NICU. This employed position offers a manageable census with experienced NNP support and a family-friendly call schedule.

COMPENSATION
- Total First Year: $350,000 - $500,000+

CLINICAL PRACTICE
- Level II NICU
- Average daily census: ~5 patients
- Experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
- Dedicated NICU nursing staff
- 486-bed hospital with comprehensive services
- Transfer relationships with Level III/IV centers

SCHEDULE & CALL
- Physician on-site: 8 AM - 2 PM
- NNP coverage: 2 PM - 8 AM with physician call-in
- 30-minute response time for call-ins
- Equitable call rotation among team
- Family-friendly schedule
