NGEN Asset Management. 

 

General responsibilities include

 

·         Provides accurate and accountable asset management services to the government

·         Provides inventory validation of hardware and software assets

·         Manages NGEN and ITPR procurement processes and distribute guidance

·         Maintains asset accountability and conducts physical audits of end user equipment

·         Provides inventory information and maintains current on-line inventory report

·         Manages the logistical lifecycle of all Government Furnished Equipment connected to NMCI/NGEN network

·         Formulates internal process guidance for management of assets and Government Furnished Equipment connected to NMCI/NGEN network

·         Processes incoming IT requisitions, delivery, follow-up issues and notifications of receipts

·         Logs IT asset records into asset management database and assign the proper directorate custodians

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

·         Must be U.S. citizen and has SECRET clearance or able to obtain through us

·         Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

·         Must have experience in providing direct NMCI/NGEN support services to the Navy

·         Must have experience in overall DoD (Department of Defense) logistics and asset management

·         Must be able to lift 40 lbs. and relocate various IT equipment

 

Salary range $55,000 - $60,000 depending on qualifications and experience
