The Role:
We are seeking an experienced National Pro Sales Manager to lead and expand the professional sales channel across the U.S. This role is responsible for driving revenue with builders, contractors, and architects partners while building scalable sales systems and developing a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in building materials or construction products, a proven ability to grow multi-market or national accounts, and strong leadership skills. This position requires a hands-on, customer-facing approach and the ability to manage relationships across regions, with approximately 25–50% travel.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Base salary: Up to $120K
- Target bonus: based on sales performance and market growth - "All in" compensation: $200K
