Job Description

New York / New Jersey

Our client, a rapidly growing luxury mobility and white-glove hospitality organization, is seeking a National Sales Manager to drive strategic territory growth throughout Southern California, Texas, the New York / New Jersey market, and South Florida.

This is a highly visible enterprise sales role focused on developing and expanding relationships throughout the insurance replacement and claims ecosystem. The successful candidate will focus heavily on building partnerships with large insurance carriers, broker networks, claims organizations, collision repair groups/MSOs, luxury and OEM-certified repair facilities, and other enterprise-level referral relationships.

The organization is investing heavily into market expansion and is seeking a true hunter capable of opening strategic doors, creating new opportunities, and driving measurable territory growth. The ideal candidate understands how to develop enterprise relationships from the ground up while positioning themselves as a long-term trusted partner within the market.

At the same time, this role is not purely transactional or focused only on new business generation. The successful individual must also know how to deepen existing relationships, strengthen referral pipelines, expand strategic accounts, and maintain long-term enterprise partnerships that continue to drive business growth over time.

This organization competes through service, responsiveness, relationship quality, and premium customer experience — not price. The ideal candidate understands how to sell trust, operational excellence, and white-glove service within highly relationship-driven industries.

This role offers the opportunity to join a fast-growing organization where high-performing sales professionals can directly influence territory expansion, enterprise growth, and long-term market strategy while operating with significant autonomy and executive visibility.

Responsibilities

This individual will focus on expanding enterprise relationships throughout the assigned territory by developing strategic partnerships, increasing market penetration, and driving measurable business growth throughout the insurance replacement ecosystem.

The role requires someone highly proactive and relationship-driven who is comfortable engaging directly with executive-level stakeholders, networking throughout the market, and consistently developing new opportunities across the region.

Monday and Friday will typically focus on relationship follow-up, strategic planning, pipeline management, and scheduling meetings throughout the territory. Tuesday through Thursday will primarily involve traveling throughout the market, meeting with enterprise partners, attending networking events, and expanding strategic relationships throughout the region.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable operating independently, managing a large territory, and maintaining a highly professional presence within a premium service-driven environment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of business development, territory management, account management, or relationship-based sales experience
    • Strong hunter mentality with proven new business development success
  • Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
    • Executive-level communication and presentation skills
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
  • Experience selling services and relationship-driven solutions
  • Highly professional and service-oriented mindset
  • Entrepreneurial personality with strong autonomy and self-management capability

Preferred backgrounds include:

  • insurance replacement rental
    • claims organizations
    • insurance carrier relationships
    • insurance broker relationships
    • collision repair and MSO relationships
    • OEM-certified repair facilities
    • automotive dealership service operations
    • automotive services business development
    • referral-based sales environments
    • luxury hospitality organizations
    • premium services sales
  • claims organizations
  • broker and agency relationships
  • collision repair/MSOs
  • automotive mobility and replacement services
  • luxury hospitality organizations
  • enterprise consultative sales

Candidates from outside the insurance ecosystem may still be considered if they possess strong enterprise relationship development experience, premium service sales experience, and a proven ability to generate strategic business relationships.
