National Sales Director

Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

Sales quota objectives/product growth: 50%

  • · Sell full line of products as defined by management.
  • · Promote company products and services in a professional, educated, and ethical manner.
  • · Achieve minimum standard numbers in areas such as cold calling, opportunities, and revenue.
  • · Maintain accurate and updated records on all sales and client activity.

Revenue goals/customer satisfaction: 40%

  • · Meet revenue objectives by creating and closing new business opportunities and servicing and growing existing clients.
  • · Work with management to ensure a high level of account management and customer service.
  • · Meet minimum call standard through individual contacts, online demonstrations, meetings, and trade show attendance.

Security: 5%

  • · Uphold all corporate security policies and procedures.
  • · Ensure that daily activities support safeguarding of client and corporate data and resources.
  • · Report any security concerns to the security team.

Other: 5%

  • · Perform other duties as directed.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years in business-to-business sales, including cold calling and selling services to medium or large companies across the U.S.
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas, generating revenue, and managing a full sales cycle—from prospecting to close.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with the capacity to influence, persuade, and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, manage a remote/home office environment, and keep accurate sales and CRM records.
  • Must be able to travel frequently for client meetings, trade shows, and visits to HQ locations.
