National Sales Director

A global leader in the processing and packaging industry is seeking a National Sales Director to lead and develop its U.S. sales organization.

This role requires a proven sales leader with experience managing regional or national teams within capital equipment environments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in processing and/or packaging, along with P&L ownership and the ability to lead teams through complex sales cycles.

We’re looking for someone with a hands-on leadership style—comfortable coaching in the field, building customer relationships, and driving performance across a distributed team. Industry knowledge and existing relationships are a strong plus.
