What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a national business development team across multiple U.S. regions.
- Build strong relationships with architects, general contractors, developers, and municipalities.
- Drive national sales initiatives and market expansion strategies.
- Oversee proposals, presentations, bids, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain rigorous CRM discipline, pipeline accuracy, and forecasting clarity.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive-level client meetings.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, marketing, and project teams to deliver client solutions.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of senior sales or BD leadership, ideally within construction, automation, mechanical systems, or other high-density infrastructure sectors.
- A strong network across the development ecosystem (architects, GCs, owner reps, municipalities).
- Demonstrated success driving strategic revenue growth and leading high-performance teams.
- Experience managing multi-year sales cycles and navigating complex technical stakeholder environments.
- A hands-on leadership approach — equally comfortable coaching teams and closing deals personally.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and technical aptitude.
