Position Overview
- The company is seeking a National Key Account Manager to lead the development and growth of strategic national accounts across the United States, with an initial geographic focus on the West Coast, Midwest, and Southwest regions.
- This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by building relationships with top-tier distributors, dealers, and influencing pull-through demand with architects and luxury builders.
- This is a high-impact, hunter + relationship hybrid role focused on expanding market share, securing national agreements, and strengthening brand presence across key channels, particularly within high-growth regional markets.
- Develop and execute a national account strategy with a targeted focus on the West Coast, Midwest, and Southwest regions
- Identify, pursue, and secure new national and regional account opportunities within two-step distribution and dealer networks
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers across distribution and strategic accounts
- Drive pull-through demand by partnering with:
- Architects and design firms
- Luxury / custom home builders
- High-end residential and light commercial developers
- Focus efforts in key regional markets where design-forward, sustainable materials are in high demand
- Leverage A&D engagement to support specification and product adoption at the project level
- Negotiate and implement national contracts, pricing agreements, and rebate programs
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to execute account strategies and maximize market penetration
- Identify and develop opportunities within industrial or OEM channels (strong plus)
- Partner with marketing to support brand positioning, product education, and go-to-market initiatives
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and performance through CRM tools
- Travel nationally (with priority in target regions) to support key accounts and strategic initiatives
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $150,000, commensurate with experience
- Variable Compensation: Performance-based commission structure tied to revenue growth and account development
- Total Compensation: Strong upside opportunity based on performance
