Our Client is currently seeking a National Division Manager for its HVAC Division. This newly created leadership role will report to the CEO and will be responsible for leading and expanding their growing investments in
HVAC. This business currently comprises 26 profit centers and over $330 million in annual sales and has the opportunity for significant future growth. The HVAC Division Manager will be instrumental in creating a strategy and vision for growth and will be responsible for the overall financial and operational performance of the HVAC division.

The HVAC Division Manager will be instrumental in creating a strategy and vision for growth and will be responsible for the overall financial and operational performance of the HVAC division.
You will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for financial performance, growth, and expansion of the HVAC Division, in alignment with the overall company objectives.
- Lead and manage the performance of the HVAC division including Region Managers and profit centers while working collaboratively with the Division Managers for other business segments.
- Collaborate with senior management to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track divisional performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation and differentiation within the HVAC market, identifying emerging trends and opportunities for strategic partnerships or acquisitions.
- Oversee the development and implementation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to optimize divisional profitability.
- Act as a liaison between the HVAC Division and other business units within Hajoca Corporation, fostering synergy and collaboration across departments.
