What You’ll Do
- Own and execute the North American go-to-market strategy, aligned with executive leadership and business unit goals.
- Close high-value, complex deals with municipalities and large enterprise customers.
- Build credibility at the C-level and represent the company at major industry events and conferences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive adoption and ensure value delivery.
- Develop sales metrics, reports, and strategic insights to inform company direction.
- Operate as the face of the sales function—poised, polished, and performance-driven
What You Bring
- 10+ years in direct sales, with 5+ years in a senior or executive sales role.
- Experience in selling integrated tech solutions that combine hardware and cloud-based software.
- A strong track record of success in municipal sales or smart city infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, quota setting, and strategic planning.
- Well-established industry voice with experience leading discussions and presenting at high-visibility parking events.
