We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales for a hospitality manufacturing company. For 40 years, the company has produced high-end furniture for the hospitality industry. You will oversee a nationwide network of manufacturers’ sales reps. If you’re looking for a role with significant independence and uncapped commission potential, this could be the opportunity for you. This position is fully remote.

Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 base(commensurate with experience) + 25% commission for a potential earning closer to $200,000, and a great PTO plan with 3 weeks to start.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years’ sales experience in manufacturing (preferably furniture, fixtures, or equipment; hospitality or lighting experience with designer engagement is a plus).
  • Proven success selling through distributors/manufacturers’ reps (not direct-to-end-user), with national account exposure.
  • Strong relationships or demonstrated ability to develop business with designers, architects, and specifiers; ability to open new verticals (office, healthcare).
  • Self-directed, remote work capability with travel as needed; quota-carrying track record and comfort with commission-driven compensation.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, develop, and maximize performance of ~10 manufacturers’ rep groups nationwide; set expectations, cadence, and pipeline discipline.
  • Drive designer/architect outreach to grow factory-direct/spec business; expand into targeted verticals (office, healthcare, etc.).
  • Own national revenue through distributor channels; forecast, report, and manage incentives/commission alignment with leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations/production leadership to support custom, made-in-USA offerings and ensure delivery on large hospitality projects
