Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager of a fulfillment and distribution provider ranging across the U.S.
The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships while increasing adoption and client satisfaction with assigned accounts within omni-channel. Responsible for ensuring an exceptional end-to-end customer experience and identifying service solution opportunities, while leading, supporting, and advocating for the client’s strategic business objectives. This individual will focus on onboarding, implementation, and project management.

Background Required:
  • Strategic Account management (4-8 years)

  • Negotiated rates & contracts
  • Project management

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or associate degree
