We’re representing a leading U.S. food manufacturer with a strong reputation in both private label and branded categories. Their branded snacking division, known for quality, innovation, and shelf presence in major retailers nationwide, is looking for a National Account Manager calling on Walmart and Kroger to drive the next phase of retail expansion.
This role is highly visible, hands-on, and built for someone who wants real ownership, influence, and the opportunity to help build and elevate a brand at retail.
This is not a maintenance role. It is designed for a driven, commercially minded account leader who enjoys solving problems, pushing ideas forward, and winning in competitive environments.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and grow strategic national retail accounts, with a primary focus on Walmart
  • Build strong headquarters-level relationships and lead joint business planning
  • Broker Management, both national and regional
  • Develop and execute customer-specific strategies to drive distribution, velocity, and profitable growth
  • Translate POS and category data into actionable insights and compelling customer stories
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Category Insights, Supply Chain and Customer Service
Who You Are
  • An experienced National Account Manager from CPG consumables, ideally food
  • Proven calling on Walmart and Kroger at the HQ level (Walmart experience strongly preferred)
  • Data-savvy and commercially minded, comfortable working with tools such as Circana, 8451°, Power BI, or similar
  • A strong individual contributor who operates one level below Director and is ready for more ownership
  • Solution-oriented, resilient, and adaptable, with a true “hunter” mindset
