Retail Sales Executive
Location: Remote Full-Time

Overview
A fast-growing provider of innovative retail loss prevention and security solutions is seeking a results-driven sales executive to expand relationships with major retail chains. From high-theft item protection to tailored deterrent strategies, our solutions help some of the country’s top retailers reduce shrink, improve safety, and boost profitability. In this role, you’ll lead sales efforts across the Southeast—building trust with decision-makers and helping them solve real-world asset protection challenges.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive business development across national and regional retail accounts in grocery, specialty, and big-box sectors.

  • Build lasting relationships with loss prevention, operations, and merchandising teams.

  • Lead consultative sales conversations and customized product demonstrations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.

  • Monitor retail trends, competitive products, and shrink data to stay ahead of the curve.

  • Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and in key account meetings.

What You’ll Need

  • Strong B2B sales experience—preferably in retail technology, asset protection, or security solutions.

  • Understanding of retail shrink challenges and loss prevention operations.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • High level of autonomy with the ability to manage a remote territory.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast region.
