Our client is a leader in the Food & Beverage packaging industry and they are in need of a National Accounts Manager.
The National Account Manager is required to establish and manage all relationships and key points of contact within the customer organization, including executive, functional, operating and maintenance personnel, while determining and understanding their decision making process or processes.
The National Account Manager is required to be a leader of the business, leading by example under the most difficult of circumstances. Externally, as a key front line employee, this position will be trusted in judgment to direct and manage our company's deployable assets and resources consistent with our company's stated business objectives. Assets included, but not limited to, are cash, WIP, finished inventory, raw material, people or any other critical resource used by our company to accomplish its objectives. Internally, this position will be trusted to manage and influence people resources by providing timely feedback on performance and mentoring potential succession candidates.
In conjunction with the Marketing Department, the National Account Manager will be instrumental in long term strategy and objective development, influencing our company's strategic business direction, including Research and Development recommendations, from time to time.
