We are currently seeking a highly qualified Nurse Practitioner (Family) to join our healthcare team in Chandler, Arizona. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary care to patients in the family practice setting
  • Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers

Qualifications:
  • Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare team members
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
