Health System is seeking PMHNP with substance abuse experience for a detox/res/PHP/IOP/OP role in Gilman, IL. Adult patients only.

• Detox/Res/PHP program
• Full-time preferred
• Some call required, at least once per week but call is usually very minimal
• Supervisor is off-site, must be able to work independently
• 15-20+ patient volume with plans to add more providers as needs grow
• Substance abuse experience required
