A community hospital in the Kansas City metro area is seeking an experienced Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to join its full-time night team, providing high-quality inpatient care in a collaborative hospital medicine environment.

Position Highlights:

Full-time, hospital-employed position
Nights only with a 7-on/7-off block schedule
12-hour shifts
Open ICU environment
Average of 18–20 patients per shift
Assist physicians with patient rounding and admissions
Practice under a Collaborative Practice Agreement
Collaborative hospitalist team focused on high-quality patient care

Qualifications:

MSN with specialization as a Nurse Practitioner
Current state Advanced Practice Nurse license
Current BLS certification
Minimum of 2 years of inpatient Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner experience required
Experience with electronic health records
