Job Description
Highlights:
- As an Anticoagulation Center of Excellence, we provide comprehensive anticoagulation services including warfarin, DOACs, injectables and peri-procedural management
- Full-time, employed position
- Multi-disciplinary clinic with supportive team and specialists readily available
- Established and robust mentor program with active onboarding and training, setting providers up for successful team/program integration
- 4-day work week available after initial mentoring period
- Gold Award Winner of the AMA’s Joy in Medicine program for committed efforts to improve physician satisfaction and reduce burnout
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $133k – $161k base per year based on experience
- Signing bonus

- Relocation stipend of $5k in first paycheck
