  1. Inspect material quality by means of automated UT examination for pipe manufacturing operations
  2. Perform UT methods as a certified NDT Level II technician
  3. Perform daily process controls, calibration checks and maintain accurate records (logs) per quality program requirements
  4. General housekeeping and preventive maintenance are essential to maximize productivity, and for safe reliable operation of the UT equipment
  5. Good communication skills for explaining NDT inspection methods to customer contacts and outside inspection agencies
  6. Must have a strong mechanical background, and the ability to set up/calibrate automated NDE equipment
  7. When needed; assist other UT techs with conventional UT ‘hand scanning’
