Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Millwork Sales Representative to support the continued growth of a nationally recognized leader in the millwork and building materials industry. This role is responsible for expanding market share and strengthening partnerships with lumberyards, dealers, and distribution channels by promoting a comprehensive portfolio of interior and exterior millwork products.

The ideal candidate will bring strong product knowledge, consultative selling skills, and a proactive approach to developing new business while maintaining long-term customer relationships. This position plays a critical role in identifying opportunities, executing territory growth strategies, and serving as a trusted advisor to channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow relationships with lumberyards, dealers, and regional distributors
  • Drive sales across a full range of millwork products including doors, moulding, trim, and related building materials
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal operations, product, and leadership teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Execute strategic territory plans to meet and exceed revenue goals
