Mid-Level Rich Media Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide support to help desk callers

Support scheduling of WebEx meetings for end users

Monitor and Troubleshoot WebEx meetings

Monitor and Troubleshoot Audio conferencing meetings

Provide management and oversight to our AV integrators/partners on video conferencing and AV projects

Provide engineering and technical input to create, maintain, and implement video engineering standards

Support/resolve video conferencing/AV field incident tickets

Support video system moves, adds, and changes in the field and HQ

Position requires the following functions to be performed as needed: installation, troubleshooting, repairing, testing, supporting conferences, monitoring, facilitating, reporting, documenting, training, working with A/V vendors, and preventative maintenance

Participates in assignments and projects with minimal direction from higher level resources

When needed, attend or host meetings with Project Teams, Vendors, and Manufacturers.

Participates in projects as a video conferencing engineering resource

Performs complex tasks, decision making or in depth analysis with minimal direction

Provides client/peer training on video conferencing systems as needed

Provide in-room Video Conference/AV support for Senior Executive needs.

Provide support to multimedia events or live video broadcasts as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

? Experience with WebEx scheduling and troubleshooting meetings

? Experience with Polycom End units

? Experience with Cisco/Tandberg Endpoints (C/SX/EX/MX/IX, etc.),

? Experience with Cisco/Tandberg MCUs, Cisco TMS, and Cisco Gatekeepers.

? Maintain an updated inventory of equipment such as unit, location, configuration and POC for each piece of equipment.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree and 3 to 5 years’ experience
