Mid-Level Attorney: Life Sciences (Remote)

Nationally recognized boutique law firm focused exclusively on Healthcare and Life Sciences, representing clients across the entire spectrum - from innovative start-ups to Fortune 10 pharmaceutical companies is seeking an experienced attorney (4+ years of experience) in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare Law to join its growing practice. This role is eligible to be remote for attorneys who are admitted in NJ/NY or able to waive into these states.

What You'll Do

• Advise a diverse portfolio of pharmaceutical, pharmacy, and healthcare clients on complex market access, managed care, and regulatory issues.
• Lead and mentor a collaborative team of attorneys on high-impact projects.
• Draft and negotiate mission-critical contracts - including manufacturer, payor, and licensing agreements.
• Build compliance frameworks that help clients thrive in an evolving regulatory landscape.
• Partner directly with executives and founders, becoming a trusted business and legal strategist.

Qualifications

• J.D. with 4+ years in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical law.
• Licensed (or eligible) in NJ or NY; other admissions a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $225,000 - $300,000 + bonus + benefits.

• Experience in pricing, reimbursement, or regulatory compliance required
• Prior supervisory or mentoring experience.
• Background in pharmacy or healthcare (RPh, PharmD, RN, etc.) a plus.
