Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for the Microsoft Dynamics GP application. This role requires a strong understanding of Dynamics GP, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.


Primary Functions:
  • Provide first and second-level support for Microsoft Dynamics GP users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics GP, including system errors, data discrepancies, and user access problems.
  • Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of Dynamics GP.
  • Document support activities, solutions, and maintain user guides and knowledge base articles.
  • Train end-users on the effective use of Dynamics GP within the scope of support (e.g. webinars).
  • Stay updated with the latest developments and updates in Dynamics GP.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting doing functional and technical troubleshooting to Microsoft Dynamics GP.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Business Central.
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL Server and database management.
