The Manager, Solution Management role for the ERP Data & Analytics team supports you, the Finance, and greater business functions. In this hands-on role, you will provide front-line support and implementation services for Data & Analytic solutions deployed by your Finance ERP team. This will include business process review, data solutions, reporting development, database architecture, and master data management.

  • Utilizing a robust Business Intelligence background, developing end-to-end solutions, including data procurement, data modeling, report design, and user acceptance.

  • Focusing on perfecting technology solutions involving data and analytics for operational and functional execution.

  • Collecting, analyzing, and reporting management data to support decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and specific business performance issues.
  • Collating, modeling, interpreting, and analyzing data; explaining variances and trends.
  • Identifying and documenting enhancements to modeling techniques.
  • Interfacing and coordinating with IT services – designing, documenting, and managing budgets, environment, sizing, DR/HA implementations.
  • Managing projects to completion.
  • Gathering, estimating, and delivering enhancements.
  • Using a basic understanding of advanced analytics and exposure to industry reporting, analytic tools.
  • Using a basic understanding of visualization methods and tools.
  • Leveraging and building upon best practices for:
  • Management of data and analytic solutions.
  • Supporting end-user self-service reporting.
  • Perfecting data aggregation, formatting, and consistency in Finance and ERP reporting.
  • Automating and ensuring timely processes for data set and report generation.
  • Security integration management.
  • Managing delivery, performance, and analysis expectations.
  • Providing training to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Working with SQL databases, ETL tools, and several programming languages.
  • Using source control, testing frameworks, as well as agile development practices.
  • Performing other duties as required.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years Data Analytics & Solution
  • 3+ years Reporting databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, HANA
  • 3+ years Reporting platforms such as Business Objects, Tableau, Microstrategy, OBIEE
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Ability to effectively present information to management
  • Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties
  • Solid interpersonal, oral, and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in teams towards a shared goal
  • Proactively seeking clarification of requirements and direction; take responsibility when needed
  • Ability to work with others and have the willingness to learn more
  • Knowledge of statistical software packages
  • Ability to use scripting languages
  • Ability to prioritize and work in both group and independent situations
  • Demonstrated knowledge in working with multiple levels and business units including Finance, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operational teams
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ERP, particularly SAP
  • Demonstrated knowledge in requirement gathering and solution documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of management or leadership experience
