Merchandiser/Shelf Packer

Our client, in the Central area: Freeport/Caparo, is currently seeking a Temporary Merchandiser/Shelf Packer to join their team on contract.

Overview:

• Hourly Rate: $27/hour
• Schedule: shift system
• Contract: Ongoing, part-time basis
• A vehicle would be an asset
• Candidates must be readily available

Job Description:

• Unpack and stock items from warehouse onto shelves, fridges, and displays.
• Ensure products are neatly arranged, correctly labeled, and front-faced.
• Rotate stock by monitoring expiry dates.
• Report damaged, expired, or missing stock to supervisor/ manager.
• Assist in setting up promotional and seasonal displays.
• Keep aisles and shelves clean and tidy following proper safety and hygiene standards.
• Any other merchandising duties as assigned by the supervisor/ manager.

Qualifications:

• 3 CXC subjects, inclusive of Mathematics and English
• Previousexperience in retail, merchandising, or stock handling is an asset
• Physically capable – able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
• Readily availableand dependable
• Willing to work on a shift system: Monday to Saturday,8am - 2pm, 2pm - 8pm
• Access to a motor vehicle is an asset
