Job Description
Linke Resources is excited to share a meaningful opportunity for a Mental Health Outpatient Therapist to join a mission‑driven community behavioral health organization. This role offers flexible scheduling, school‑based work without school hours, and the chance to provide impactful, evidence‑based therapeutic services while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
Job Details
Hourly rate based on experience - $30 - $37
School-based but not school hours (3pm - 7pm, preferably the core hours).
Community Mental Health.
Full-time or PRN
On-site required / No telehealth
What You’ll Do
- Provide therapeutic services using evidence-based practice treatment approaches
- Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support clients through crisis assessment and stabilization when needed
- Collaborate with supervisors, peer clinicians, and community supports
- Participate in trainings, supervision, and agency meetings
- Maintain necessary credentials, licensure, and required clearances
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in a clinical field
OR a Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field - 1 + years of experience in behavioral health
- Licensure/certification preferred but not required
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and ability to work independently
