Mental Health Nurse roles

Based in Victoria, the primary purpose of these roles are to provide high quality safe clinical services in a medical unit, achieving quality patient outcomes

Location: South East Victoria- Various towns in Gippsland

Qualifications/Experience

Registered Nurse with formal Post-Graduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing or

Demonstrated evidence of recent clinical experience

Minimum 2 years post registration experience in mental health field

Desirable

Experience in Mental Health field

Sound knowledge of the Mental Health Act 2014, working knowledge of NSQHS and National Standards for Mental Health Services and other relevant legislation

Ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care to mental health clients

Excellent communication / interpersonal skills

Commitment to customer service and quality improvement

Demonstrated team player and ability to work within an multidisciplinary team

Computer literacy skills
