Member Placement Specialist

Member Placement Specialist - $18-$21/hour
Phoenix, AZ

This is a full-time, M-F 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

• Use database to update records, process memberships, and help manage background checks applications and placements
• Ability to keep agreement records accurate
• Professional customer service to family, faculty, and staff
• Input data and use CRM systems
• Effective communication on the phone in person, and through email

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of database experience
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), email, and the internet
• At least 3 years of customer service experience
• Supports the mission and values of the Girl Scouts and believes in the value of volunteers
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)

Demands

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for up to three hours at a time
• Valid Arizona driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation for local travel
• Able to safely lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Available to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
