Location: Houston TX

The primary role of this position is to strengthen member relationships and improve overall satisfaction. To accomplish this role must drive the adoption of the credit union's loan and deposit solutions. This role manages and optimizes key member-facing systems used to onboard these products, and works cross-functionally with Lending, Member Services, Marketing, and Information Technology, ensuring they operate efficiently and provide a seamless experience across all channels. This role is also responsible for developing and updating training for staff as it relates to loan and deposit product adoption.

In addition, this role ensures all processes and activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations, by adhering to established policies, completing required training, and reporting suspicious or unusual activity in accordance with the credit union's compliance and risk management procedures.
