We are searching for a Melt Shop Shift Supervisor to join our client's growing team.

As the Melt Shop Shift Supervisor, you will lead the melting and casting crew on a rotating shift to meet company goals of being the safest, highest quality, lowest cost, most productive and profitable steel manufacturer in the U.S. Additional responsibilities include, leading day to day operations, costs, scheduling, and process improvements.

Qualifications for the position include:

Demonstrated commitment to safety in all job aspects
5 years Melt Shop operations or maintenance experience
Sound EAF/Casting technical knowledge
Ability to work effectively with a team to accomplish tasks and achieve goals
Promoter of continuous improvement, driven by results and performance

Preferred qualifications include:

Leadership experience
