Medical Technologist

Seeking candidates for a Medical Tech position in the Michigan area. Duties include: quality control and patient testing using automated and manual methods, blood component testing and preparation as well as blood component issue. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career, advance skills, and move up within an organization.

Ideal candidates:

• knowledge of good manufacturing practices
• excellent customer service skills
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist MLS (ASCP) or Medical Technologist MT(AMT) or specialty certification is required
• Blood banking is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and to problem solve
