What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine and complex clinical tests in Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Urinalysis, and Blood Bank

• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory equipment

• Ensure accuracy through quality control and regulatory compliance

• Communicate critical results and collaborate with physicians and nursing teams

• Rotate through all bench areas with opportunities to specialize based on interests

Qualifications:

• MLS: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field

• MLT: Associate degree from an accredited MLT program

• ASCP or AMT certification (or certification-eligible and actively pursuing)

• Clinical lab experience preferred

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude
