Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee comprehensive social service operations, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams.
• Lead care conferences, develop individualized care plans, and implement behavioral health interventions.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to support case management staff.
• Directly report to Regional Vice President of Operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW); Master's Degree (MSW) preferred.
• Extensive knowledge in behavioral health, care planning, and intervention strategies.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or behavioral health facility preferred.
• Passionate about mental health and committed to providing compassionate, person-centered care.

Preferred:

• MSW degree or higher
• Clinical licensure (LCSW) is a plus but not mandatory.
