Salary: $24.50 - $37.00 per hour plus differentials and benefits

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex laboratory tests to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions.
• Handle the collection, processing, and analysis of biological specimens.
• Ensure quality control and calibration of lab equipment and instruments.
• Participate in the development of new medical laboratory procedures and techniques.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of laboratory findings.
• Support and comply with lab policies and safety standards.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science.
• ASCP certification or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work efficiently on rotational shifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
