About the Role


We are seeking a licensed Medical Laboratory Technician to join our accredited healthcare system. In this role, you’ll support essential lab functions that directly impact patient care by ensuring accurate results, reliable processes, and a safe environment.

What You’ll Do

- Perform diagnostic testing in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and immunology
- Accurately report test results and alert providers/nursing staff of abnormal findings
- Ensure quality control in specimen collection, sampling, and record keeping
- Calibrate, maintain, and test laboratory equipment for accuracy and sterility

Qualifications

- Florida Medical Laboratory Technician license (in hand or pending approval)
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s Degree or higher preferred
- MLT, ASCP, CPT, or AMT certification required
- Previous laboratory experience preferred (new grads with strong clinicals or lab assistant experience encouraged to apply)
