Salary: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site technical support per service level agreements, including installations, deinstallations, certifications (IQ/OQ), and complex repairs.
- Provide in-depth remote support, diagnostics, and troubleshooting for technical issues, ensuring effective resolution or on-site intervention when necessary.
- Execute field corrective actions and scheduled preventive maintenance to comply with regulatory standards and maintain instrumentation up-time.
- Update service management systems with complete and timely data to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain personal vehicle stock in alignment with European guidelines to be fully prepared for all operational tasks.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Field Service Team Leader following strict procedural guidelines.
- Ensure strict compliance with all quality, ISO, and safety regulations to promote outstanding service quality at all times.
- Present and explain service contract details to customers to highlight the benefits and ensure clarity and compliance with service terms.
- Action pre-installation audits to ensure the readiness of sites for installation, thereby minimizing potential issues during setup.
- Engage in continuous improvement activities by detecting opportunities and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or related technical and business discipline or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a technical service or customer support role, especially within the medical or research sectors.
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English and Dutch.
- Valid full car license and availability for weekend and bank holiday support rotations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with diagnostics instruments and systems.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
- Advanced certifications in field service operations and maintenance.
