Annual Compensation: $330,000 - $350,000+

The Medical Director is responsible for directing and ensuring the quality of medical services, treatment and/or interventions provided to the community as well as compliance with federal and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and recruit clinical staff.
• Conduct a weekly audit which will consist of a monthly review of charts.
• Analyze the effectiveness of the programs.
• Ensure all performance improvement standards are monitored.
• Provide training and feedback to medical coordinator staff.
• Collaborate with the executive management team to ensure compliance with regulations in policy development and implementation.
• Lead on-going program refinement based upon advancements in the program.

Qualifications

• MD or DO.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
• Experience with HIV Medicine / PrEP highly preferred
• DEA License with ability to prescribe buprenorphine preferred
• Experience with 340B/Compliance is required
